• 3 night minimum tariff applies.
• The tariff is based on up to a maximum of 12 persons occupancy.
• The tariff includes all bedding, linen and towels.  BYO beach towels.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking with the balance due 21 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 21 days prior to the booking date without penalty.  Thereafter, the deposit is non-refundable.
• A security deposit of $2,000 will be pre-authorised from your nominated card two days prior to arrival and released within 5 days of departure.
• A mandatory cleaning fee of $250 applies.
• The property is 100% smoke free.  If signs of smoking are detected a $500 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
• No pets are permitted.
• We do not accept bookings for functions or parties and have a strict ‘No Schoolies’ policy.
