Standard Season – $1,250 per night
High Season – $1,450 per night

We do not accept bookings for functions or parties and have a strict ‘No Schoolies’ policy.
Three-night minimum tariff applies.
The tariff is based on up to a maximum of 13 person occupancy.
The tariff includes all bedding, linen and towels. BYO beach towels.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking with the balance due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations are accepted up to 21 days prior to the booking date without penalty.
Date change with less notice, the deposit will be refunded subject to re-booking, less an administration fee of $200.
Bookings are not transferrable.
A security deposit of $2,000 will be pre-authorised from your nominated card three days prior to arrival and released within 5 days of departure.
A mandatory cleaning fee of $200 applies.
The property is 100% smoke-free. If signs of smoking are detected a $500 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
No pets are permitted.
